Reservations

Deposit Policy

Advance deposits are required on all reservations. All reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of the value of your stay for confirmation (except single night stays, which are 100%). The deposit guarantees the availability of your room for the entire period of your reservation and also that your stay with us will be for the entire period reserved.

Room Rates

All rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and are subject to Vermont lodging tax (currently 9%). Where triple or quad occupancy is possible, the charge for each extra guest is $25 per night plus tax. Children 12 years or younger are free of charge. All extra persons, regardless of age, must be arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, up to 7 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Within 7 days of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and will be collected as a cancellation fee.

Arrivals

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be provided based on same day availability. Please inform our Guest Services team in advance if you require a late arrival after 11:00 PM.

Departures

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided based on same day availability.

Smoking, Candles, and Cooking

Smoking, vaping, candle or incense burning, and cooking (including but not limited to, crock pots and hot plates) of any kind is prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor common spaces. If you are found to have smoked, vaped, burned candles/incense, or cooked in your room or a common area, you may be subject to an additional commensurate cleaning fee.
